Jennifer Scott, founder & principal of urban law, has practiced exclusively in the area of labour relations and employment law since May 1999. 

Through her eight years of practicing law prior to establishing urban law, Jennifer Scott was an associate lawyer in major national full-service law firms in downtown Vancouver.  She works with federally and provincially regulated employers of all sizes and types in both the private and public sector.  Jennifer also provides labour, employment and human rights advice to individuals, and contracts with lawyers and law firms to provide temporary legal consultant and lawyer services.
